Carratraw Canoe Centre is located at Carratraw Bridge, the gateway to Inishmore Island on the banks of the River Erne. Carratraw Bridge is just ten minutes drive from Butlers Bridge. Traveling from Cavan towards Belturbet take the 1st turn left past Butlers Bridge and follow the Canoe Centre signs to Carratraw Bridge.

                                                                        

Cavan is located on the main N3 Dublin - Donegal road and is a central point between Dublin, Belfast, Donegal, Galway and Sligo. The A3 and N3 major routes mean that Cavan is less than two hours from the ferry ports in Dublin, Dun Laoghaire and Belfast, and the airports of Belfast and Dublin.
